Your favourite bakes by post
Treat yourself or friends and family with our home-made brownies and cakes. The brownies have a nice fudgy consistency, and a larger than most brownies by post. Each brownie weighs between 80 and 90g. Our cake range starts this autumn, in preparation for Christmas with our stunning Italian, traditional style panforte.
Great for birthdays, anniversaries, holiday celebrations, all sorts of parties, or just to say 'thank you'.
You can include a card with a personalised greetings message, for no extra charge, and there is the flexibility of sending 2, 4, 6 or 9 brownies.
The brownies' shelf-life are 10 to 14 days on arrival, and they store better in the fridge (but don't have to be refridgerated). They do freeze very well for 3 months - great if you need them to last a bit longer. All ingredients and storage instructions are included in the box, so your recipient will know how to look after them.
The panforte has 3 to 5 weeks shelf-life - keep it well wrapped at room temperature.
We make the brownies with gluten-free flour, but we do not advertise them as gluten-free as products with gluten are stored in the kitchen.
The packaging we use is as sustainable as possible. The bakes are wrapped in paper and tissue paper, and packed in a cardboard box. We use a small piece of polypropylene to protect them during transit.
Our fudgy brownies
We have been perfecting our brownies for over 20 years, so that you can enjoy the highest quality product on the market.
The ingredients are all natural; butter, chocolate, caster sugar, flour and vanilla extract - no ultra-processed foods here!

You can order 2, 4, 6 or 9 brownies to be sent to your loved ones.
Packaging
Our sustainable packaging is 99% recyclable - cardboard and paper - with just a small piece of polypropylene to protect your brownies in their travels. This can also be recycled at some supermarkets.

With 20 years of experience in making brownies, we have delveloped the best rich chocolatey flavour, and a gorgeous fudgy consitency.
Our development kitchen
We are looing to expand on the range of brownies, to include different falvoured toppings.
We will also be looking at other baked goods that will travel by post and arrive looking as lovely as they did when they left the shop!

We also make celebration cakes to order. We don't send these by post at themoment. But, if you would like to chat with us about your requirements, we can look at you picking it up from us, or one of us delivering it to you for a sensible delivery charge.
